The detachment of the mucous-perichondrial and mucous-periosteal flap of the posterior part of the nasal septum could be directly processed with an aspirating dissector under endoscopic visualization. It is possible to effectuate the preparation of the inferior tunnels and the connection between them as during the operation with frontal light (Figs. 20 and 21).
